Isaak Coimbra is a Master Ceramist and CAD/CAM technology specialist with over 20 years of experience dedicated to aesthetic dentistry.

After qualifying as a Dental Technician in 2008, Isaak focused his career on integrating craftsmanship, technical precision, and digital technology. Since 2011, he has worked extensively with CAD/CAM workflows, developing expertise in digital design, milling, 3D printing, high-aesthetics ceramics, finishing, texturing, characterization, and quality control.

A Brazilian based in Madrid, Spain, he works at DSD LAB—a benchmark in digital and aesthetic dentistry—And as well as in his own artisanal laboratory.

His professional philosophy stems from a simple idea: technology does not replace knowledge; rather, it empowers those who know how to use it.

Consequently, his work combines the fundamentals of morphology, proportion, texture, volume, light, and color with digital tools and state-of-the-art ceramic materials.

As an educator, Isaak develops training programs and content for professionals who wish to understand not only how to produce a restoration but, more importantly, why a restoration works.

His teaching method—based on the “Reverse Smile Logic”—seeks to connect planning, design, materials, and execution, guiding professionals to view the restoration by looking backward from the final result to the decisions required at each stage of the process.

Isaak also develops educational and innovation projects for the dental sector, including courses, mentorships, and the “Digital Dental Hub” concept, which focuses on practical training and the integration of professionals, technology, and the laboratory.

As a HASS Global Ambassador, he helps develop educational and outreach activities regarding CAD/CAM materials and systems, focusing on the practical application of lithium disilicate, zirconia, and other technologies used in restorative dentistry.

His goal is to bridge art, science, and technology, helping a new generation of professionals move beyond simply following recipes to understanding the decisions behind a predictable, natural, and technically sound restoration.
